MA
Graduation
In the third year of their Master of Arts in Studio Art, students have the unique opportunity to study at our campus in Florence. After the Thesis Defence and Thesis Exhibition, the final week culminates in a Graduation Ceremony held on-site in the FAA Gallery, allowing students to celebrate their achievements in the heart of this culturally rich city. It is with great joy that we congratulate our graduates, dedicated individuals who will go forth and put to use the Florence Academy methodology in their respective classrooms. Thanks to our MA Program, these educators have attained the expertise to incorporate skill-based methods into elementary, middle, and high school settings, ensuring a lasting impact on the education of young students.
2025
Graduation Ceremony
Our MA Program provides educators with the expertise to incorporate skill-based methods into elementary, middle and high school settings, ensuring a lasting impact on the education of young students.
In the summer of 2025, after three years of dedicated effort, 12 students completed their final year of study at our campus in Florence where friends and family gathered to celebrate their achievement. They are now part of the bridge connecting the methodology used by figurative masters of the past to the next generation of artists.
Empowering educators and training the next generation of teachers align deeply with the mission of The Florence Academy of Art. It brings us great joy to know that our MA graduates will introduce countless children to the techniques of classical realism. We wish the graduates of our Master of Arts in Studio Art Program much success in their future endeavors.
