Master of Arts in Studio Art

The “secrets of the Old Masters” need not be a mystery, and technical literacy in the visual arts ought to flourish. By empowering our students in the MA program to be artists proficient in their own craft, we also empower the generations that follow them. – Richard Greathouse, MA Program Director

The Florence Academy’s Master of Arts in Studio Art, with its focus on classical methods, provides training in drawing and painting to art educators seeking to use these skill-based techniques in their classrooms.
